The initial idea of ​​placing light temporary pavilions for the shopping complex was later transformed into a full-fledged architectural project: several elongated, complex and broken blocks of two-story buildings form shopping streets and mini-squares, supplemented by landscaping, landscaping, and fountains. Several variations of the facade solution in different styles have been considered – from more strict, northern, with mansard roofs, to grand baroque and Mediterranean. In the center of the complex is a tower like the bell tower of the town hall of a classic European town.
