The shopping complex consists of two small single-story buildings located on a street corner near a complex road crossing in Boryspil. The minimalist design emphasizes modernity and style of the client`s philosophy with simple balanced forms and restrained color solutions. Attention is focused on the inner essence of the buildings, revealed through panoramic stained glass windows. The space between the buildings is used for the location of a children’s playground and a recreation area for visitors and citizens. The new facility creates an attraction zone with the help of it`s partial openness and the inclusion of public space in its structure.
