A large residential complex is located both on an active city highway and in a green, picturesque fragment of the environment – on a slope, near the Sarzhynka stream in the Sarzhyn ravine. Features of the terrain are used to arrange comfortable entrances to the building and entrances to the floors of built-in parking lots. The floor area of ​​the building gradually decreases from the highway. The traditional solution of facades with glazing is complemented by lacy bionic inserts for the entire height of the building, which close the loggias of the air zones of the smoke-free stairs.
