A small office block is located not far from a busy intersection in a rapidly developing area of the city along the highway. The first level of the building is partially recessed for visitor parking. The office areas of the upper floors have a good view of the surrounding area and the city center. The strict and geometric solution of the facade is diluted with red-orange “strokes” of inter-window piers, arranged in a chaotic manner.
