The construction of an office center on a narrow site, surrounded by large-scale public buildings – an opera house and a philharmony, infrastructure facilities – a municipal multi-level parking lot, new residential highrises, a block away from a development with an abundance of historical monuments, required remarkable design searches and tricks. The shape of the building, which is complex in terms of plan, is due not only to the boundaries of the site, but also to the saturation of engineering communications, the spot between which with filigree accuracy was filled to the maximum with a slender and upward volume. Despite its modest dimensions, the building provides underground parking for 15 cars, a cafe for 50 people and 7 floors of office space overlooking the central park and the contours of the city center.
