A simple and laconic building within the historic center of the city is designed in a neutral monochrome color scheme – a dark podium of the first floor with commercial and public premises, white facades of residential floors with a chaotic pattern of window openings dilute the red touches along the stained-glass glazing of the loggias and decorative protective casings for installing air conditioners. The cramped conditions of the site are solved due to the vertical organization of space – a garage for cars is arranged in the underground level, and house improvement is provided on its roof.
