14 storey residential tower is located on the edge of historical (old) and business (new) city centers. Despite being close to historical area, this large building fits in well. Project site was extremely tight and permeated with cityscale engineering networks, located on a side of a hill. But the location of the site next to main city park, in a vivacious central area of the city with good access to public institutions and panoramic view from top of the hill have obliged this project to be a premium-design item. Strict vertical volume of the building is primarily in dark colours with light linear emphasis is contrasting to cylindrical shape of municipal parking and heavy hanging brutalist opera-house monolith just across the road.
