This object was considered as a visiting card of the city as it is located close to a city limit aside a highway connecting Kharkiv to Kyjiv, the capital of Ukraine. Its shape is inherited from a symbolic representation of a triumph column and it is standing high over the surrounding blocks. The architecture of the building is a modernized version of some art-deco highrises. The complex is a mixture of different functions – a parking in the underground level, retail areas on the ground floor, offices on 2nd and 3rd levels and 20 floors of apartments, each of 200 with panoramic views towards city or suburban nature with green hills and valleys.
