This visually small housing complex building is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from the city center. Straitened site circumstances led to creation of an underground parking beneath the whole courtyard area. Commercial areas of the ground floor and residential units in upper floors are packed into a modest façade with bright yellow emphasis plots, niches with panoramic glazing and a large white framed volume on the main elevation.
