This multifunctional complex is located along one of main city routes – Klochkivska street. It consists of two separate buildings, each of which combines several functions – residential, commercial and office floors. Erecting a building like this at the side of a hill required numerous engineering earthworks, slope strengthening and territory preparation. The stylobate part encloses parking and retail areas, while apartments and offices located in upper levels have a panoramic view on the Lopan river valley and the city.
