The complex of buildings is located on the territory of the former production plant on one of the busiest streets of the city in the northern direction. In addition to 5 residential sections with a total area of ​​more than 100,000 m2, the central place in the composition is occupied by a 25-storey office tower. The location of such a large object at a point visible from many corners of the city required careful work on the image, silhouette and three-dimensional solution of the building – among the many options was chosen stepped volume of complex geometry with cascades of roofs. In addition, in the middle of the terraced volume there is a 25m pool. On the lower level, along the street, there is a restaurant and commercial premises.
