One of the largest and most serious works of the company in recent times is the development of design and working solutions for multifunctional center NOW in Kharkov – the object of the heavyweight city developer AVANTAZH. The original design proposal has undergone a number of changes and advances, but thanks to well-coordinated teamwork and constant communication with the client, both buildings included in the complex – a retail and office center (5-8 floors) and a retail-office-residential building (up to 23 floors) have successfully passed the approval in all instances, and in 2021, the construction of this facility began in one of the busiest development areas in the city.
