The mid-rise multifunctional center is located in the historical area of the city center, and during the development of the facades, 2 options were considered – first – with a more contemporary minimalist design, with an abundance of glass, undivided surfaces, strict outlines of regular shapes. Second option (chosen for implementation) is more traditional, interpreting the motifs of classical buildings, reminiscent of surrounding developments of the middle of the 20th century. It uses a three-part division – the lower level of the building is covered with a dark stone cladding and separated by a profiled molding. The middle part is lighter, with imitation of rustication and decorative plastics in classical forms, as well as stylized crowning cornices on the upper volume, which is recessed deeper from the street setback line.
