This housing complex building is pioneering a multistorey development process of this previously low-storey city block. The décor of facades in white and grey tones is emphasized with bright yellow “stripe”, consolidating entrances, staircases and cornices with one motive. More than 200 apartments are located in a vicinity with various retail areas, underground station and city scale road.
