The two-story block of ABC is combined with a single-story blind volume for storage purposes. The exterior uses a monochromatic solution with a gradient stretching from dark to light from bottom to top. The gates and main entrances, unloading docks, and evenly spaced red inserts on the facades were also accented with red – a signature color for the customer company. Volumetric equipment and ducts of the air conditioning system and other engineering elements are not hidden, adding a modern industrial charm to the building.
