The object consists of two volumes: the first is a reconstructed residential building of the early 20th century with an attic floor extension, the second is a modern minimalistic block in the courtyard. At the same time, both the tasks of preserving and maintaining the historical appearance of the street facade of the building, as well as increasing the space for offices and creating a comfortable working environment in the city center were solved.
